Subscription plans

Are there download limits?

Depending on the subscription plan, download limits exists. Please refer to our Plans page for the detail of the download limits, or check your account preferences for your current limit.

How does Daily limits work?

It depends on the subscription. Plans that are restricted with daily limits will allow the user to download content until the daily limit is reached. Daily limits are cleared every 23hs.

Unlimited Download

For Plans with unlimited downloads, Slidefocus reserves the right to limit excessive daily downloads for performance reasons.

Unlimited usage within reasonable limits

We provide unlimited downloads in good faith and with the trust that customers will only download content that they will use within a reasonable timeframe. We prohibit customers from downloading the entire collection for archival purposes. We reserve the right to cancel your account immediately if we find unreasonable number of download which deviate from normal usage patterns.

When my subscription expires, can I keep using the content I downloaded?

Yes. You can continue using the content during your subscription period and after your subscription has ended. Usage is always restricted to the terms of use and end user license agreement.

Are there any additional fees or charges after I purchase any of the Subscriptions?

No. There are no additional fees, charges or royalties to pay to download and user our content.

Are there any limitations on the computers I use?

No. You can use your subscriptions and content from any computer.

Can I access the templates on more than one device?

The devices are unlimited in any of the licenses as long as the owner of the license is the only one who accesses the account.

Are there any limitations on the use of my credentials?

Yes. You are not allowed to share your login information or subscription details with another individual.

Can I cancel anytime? Will I be able to download content for the billing cycle that I have paid for even if I cancel earlier?

Yes, you can cancel the subscription yourself by logging into your account, going to the 'My Subscriptions' link on the lower left hand side and clicking on 'Unsubscribe'. You will be unsubscribed and will not be charged anymore. However, you will still be able to download unlimited content until the billing cycle that you've paid for is over.

Can I download these immediately?

All our content is available for immediate download.

I’m having trouble to Log In, what can I do?

There are 2 common situations at the login step related to credentials:

Lost your password: If you are trying to log in and the system tells you your password is incorrect, probably you have forgotten or lost your password. We have an automated reset password system. Just click the link “Lost Your Password?” and you will be redirected to a new form where you will write down your email or username. You will receive a reset password link in your mail inbox so you can re-enter a new password.

Invalid username: Slidefocus Login credentials consist of your username and password. You username is not your email address by default. The username is selected by users at the account creation time. If you are trying to login and the system informs that the username is invalid, probably you are using an incorrect username or trying to login with your email instead of your username. In order to retrieve your username from your email, please follow the steps in the previous point (Lost your password) and you will receive your username and password reset in your email inbox.

For both procedures, please check not only your inbox, but also your spam folder, as it could happen that your email system understands this email as spam due to its automatic delivery nature.

Can I change my Password, and how?

Yes. You have two options for changing your password.

If you are not logged in and you are having trouble to log in, please refer to section “Lost your Password” of this page for details.

If you are logged in, you can navigate to your account profile information and scroll to the “Change your Password” section. That will allow you to enter a new password for your credentials.

My email address has changed; can I modify my data?

Yes. You can navigate to your account profile data and change the registered email address.

Where can I have a copy of my receipt?

You can navigate to your account data and request to download your receipt.

Does Slidefocus.com Provides Support ? How do I Contact ?

Yes. We are proud of our Support and we are continuously improving. Slidefocus.com provides support during office hours (Monday through Friday , 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Paris Time ) through our Support Center.

During non-office hours and weekends we provide support with a less restrictive SLA.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We supports a secured payment method via stripe.

Are your payment methods secures?

Yes. We delegate the payment step to specialized payment gateways (Stripe) that are PCI compliant.

These leaders in credit card payment systems and very respected companies in online payments. This makes our systems 100% secure. We do not store or have access to any credit card information ourselves. We direct you to these third-party secure sites with 100% secure SSL connections where you can safely purchase a subscription and then direct you back to our site to download products.

My credit card transaction was rejected, and I don’t know why, what can I do?

Our payment gateways are 100% secured and provide modern fraud detection methods and risk mitigation rules. Some times, risk mitigation rules are highly restrictive and could end up in a “false negative”. If your transaction was rejected without a proper reply in the checkout process, please contact us to follow up with you your specific case.

Is my subscription enrolled in automatic renewal?

Yes. Your purchase includes enrollment in our automatic renewal services. This keeps your membership up and running by automatically charging the renewal fees to your payment method on file just before they’re set to expire, with no further action on your part. You may cancel this service at any time by turning off the auto-renewal feature in your acount preferences under the subscriptions details section. We  will send a notification prior to your renewal informing of the expiration and automatic renewal in case the recurrent payment is enabled. You can check our Refund Policy to know more about subscription cancellations and refunds. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any question or comment about automatic renewal service.

Do you offer money-back guarantee?

No, not yet unfortunately.

How do I get a refund?

As the item, you are purchasing is digital goods, by delivering or downloading the item you have taken ownership of the item, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you have technical issues with the product or you can't download the files contact us and we will help you as soon as possible

I want to purchase a subscription but I DO NOT want it to auto renew. What do I do?

If you do not want your subscription to auto renew, please cancel it immediately after purchasing it. You will still be able to download content till the billing cycle is over, e.g. 30 days if you have a monthly subscription, 180 days for a 6-month subscription and 365 days for an yearly subscription from the date of purchase, but then you will not be billed further - and the subscription will not renew automatically.

Content usage

How am I allowed to use Slidefocus Content?

You are allowed to use Slidefocus templates, diagrams, shapes, charts, maps and images in projects for your own use, your company or your clients. They may be used (commercially and non-commercially) in presentations, websites, emails, brochures, advertisement, posters, business cards, signs, electronic documents and printed documents.

You are not allowed to use the content in any of the above described  (or other) for the purpose of sale, re-sale or redistribution as editable content, that could allow a third party to modify and replicate the content for their own use. Please see our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement for complete and legal detail.

I have bought a single-user license. Can I share it with my team?

Our Terms and Conditions prohibit you from sharing your login and password details with anyone. Please understand that a single-user license is solely meant for a single individual, and cannot be shared. Your account will be immediately disabled if you share your login with anyone.

Can I resell or distribute your content ?

No.

However, you can sell items (books, posters, presentations, etc.) that contain our content, provided that our content is not the reason of people would purchase your project (derivative work of our content). For example if you created a presentations or a book for a specific topic (e.g.: you created a business plan or marketing strategy analysis), and you used our content (as diagrams, shapes , chart or decorations) you may sell or distribute your final product without any additional fee, because the purpose of the content is not the access to the assets but the information if provides with the use of our content assets.

If you have any doubt about the usage scenario you intend to apply, do not hesitate to contact our Support Center. They will be glad to provide all the necessary information for you to be sure there is no infringement or copyright violations.

I’m a consultant, may I use your content for a project for a client?

Yes. You may use our content for your client’s project, or any work you are hired to create. You may not share your subscription to our content to your client, as license is not transferable. This means if your client wants to make changes by their own, they should purchase a license for themselves.

Can I use your content on a website, blog, mobile app, software product, or printed document?

Yes. Our content can be used on commercial web pages, blogs, mobile apps, slideshows and software for sale, printed documents and books, and other commercial projects. No additional fees are required.

However, our content must be used only as decoration in your new content. Our content cannot be the reason someone would purchase your product, or visit your website. Your license is not-transferable. For example, you cannot create a website that provides Slidefocus templates (or derivatives from them) as part of their downloadable content. Please contact us if you have further questions.

I am a professional speaker, can I create my presentation with Slidefocus content, and distribute it freely in the web ?

Yes. An important segment of our customers are professional speakers, mentors, coaches and teachers. You can create presentations with our content and distribute them freely with the only restriction that the content is not freely published for edition purposes or sold in any way.

Content catalog

How often is your content catalog updated ?

Slidefocus.com templates library is a constant growing catalog. We provide weekly additions, and have months of already allocated backlog to our design and content authoring teams.

How do I find the templates, shape, diagram or content I need?

Searching and navigating for content in our platform is extremely straightforward. We are constantly improving our system in ways that allow users to find what they are looking for.

The first browsing method would be to navigate to the menus on the menu bar bellow the page header. Those menus are contextualized to the content categories, allowing the user to narrow the first level of searching. You can access the menu just clicking in the category (PowerPoint Templates, PowerPoint Diagrams, Maps, PowerPoint Shapes, Data & Charts, etc.). If you click in any of the categories, you will navigate to the category browsing view, and you will be able to navigate through a paged view of the content of the category. If you want to drill down, hover over each of the categories and a sub-menu will appear. You will be able to drill down one more level, with the sub-categories, for example, if I’m looking for a SWOT diagram, I hover over the PowerPoint Templates Menu, and a SWOT PowerPoint Templates sub-menu will appear and take me to the SWOT templates catalog. Take some minutes to review the menu and sub-menus and you will realize that looking for the appropriate content will be extremely straightforward.

The second method for browsing, will be the user of our search engine. Generally people are used to search for content through keywords. Our platform provides a powerful search engine highly indexed. At the left bar of every page you have a search textbox where users can type the keywords they are looking for. These keywords will crawl through the content, content descriptions, categories and tags, and will present browsable results not only of each template but also of the matching slides. This will give the user a much more detailed result list with specific content matching their needs.

Finally the thirds browsing method would be the “Related Content” Suggestions. Within each template, there is a “Related PowerPoint Templates” bar with suggestions of downloads, created on the users behavior, content and tenure of templates.

Compatibility

Which software is required to use Slidefocus content?

Slidefocus.com provides professional PowerPoint Templates.

Our main presentation software target is Microsoft PowerPoint (in their different versions from 2003 to 2019, for PC and Mac and Office 365).

Our second target platform is Google Slides.

However, most of our templates also are supported by Open Office, Libre Office, Apple Keynote.

Which version of PowerPoint are these templates compatible with?

All our content is compatible with PowerPoint 2007 and above. Some diagrams will not show up properly with very old versions of PowerPoint, like PowerPoint 2003 or lower, because of rendering issues.

All our content is also compatible with PowerPoint for MAC

Presentation and template

What is a PowerPoint template?

A PowerPoint template is a set of pre-created background designs or blueprints for a PowerPoint presentation that helps the presenter get the point across. It contains specifications for a presentation style, including the type and size of bullets and fonts, placeholder sizes and positions, and color schemes etc. Our templates includes all of these style elements along with the title, print and text (slide) masters. All you need to do is add your text.

Each PowerPoint template contains 3 slides:
1. The Title slide: This file contains the opening slide of the presentation.
2. The Print slide: This file contains a slide ideal for handouts for a presentation.
3. The Text slide: This file contains a slide ideal for the "body" of the presentation.

What is included in a download for a PowerPoint template?

A PowerPoint template is a prefabricated design for a PowerPoint presentation that helps the presenter get the point across. These templates come with pre-formatted background images matched with the ideal fonts and layout.

How do I apply a template to an existing presentation?

When you download a template you will be downloading a .powerpoint files or a zip file.

You can directly open these files and start making you presentation. If you want to apply the template to a presentation you have already developed, go to the "Design" tab, click on the scroll bar and click on "Browse for themes" and navigate to the location where you have saved the downloaded template.

What is a PowerPoint diagram?

Our PowerPoint diagrams are professionally-designed PowerPoint slides that contain detailed layouts, diagrams and graphics. The user just has to download the slide and fill in the data in the placeholders on our slides. Each graphic in every slide is vector-based and is 100% editable in PowerPoint. Each and every property of any slide - color, size, shading etc. can be modified to build an effective PowerPoint presentation.

Any text can be entered at any point in the PowerPoint slide.

How do I apply a diagram to an existing presentation?

To apply a diagram to an existing presentation, please copy the downloaded set of slides and insert them into your presentation. Then please type in your text in the placeholders on the slide.

What is a PowerPoint map?

Our PowerPoint maps contain editable maps on a PowerPoint slide. These high quality maps have been carefully created by our professional team to display location and other geographic details in your PowerPoint presentation. Each map is vector-based and 100% editable in PowerPoint. Each and every property of any map can be modified to help you build an effective PowerPoint presentation. Use these maps to show sales territories, business and new office locations, travel planning etc. in your presentations. Any text can be entered at any point in the PowerPoint map slide.

What is a PowerPoint icon?

An image is worth a thousand words. We have an unmatched library of images carefully selected to convey the most complex concepts. These icons are in .png format. You can paste them on a PowerPoint slide and add your text to convey the perfect message.

Are these editable by me?

Each slide has graphics that are vector-based and 100% editable in PowerPoint. It is effectively made to be simple and useful.

Am I free to edit and use the PowerPoint products as often as I like?

Yes, you are free to edit and use the PowerPoint products as often as you like for personal purposes. It is prohibited to re-sell these products in any shape or form. Our subscriptions are valid for a single user only and are not transferrable. However, once a user has purchased a subscription, he/she can download and use our products for as long as they want. It is prohibited to pass on the log in information, password and user name to a third person who has not bought a subscription.

How do I apply a template to a new PowerPoint presentation?

After downloading a template from Slidefocus, save it under the 'templates' folder.

Are your templates linked to Excel?

Yes Sonme of them are. Just right click on the element then choose edit data. The excel spreadsheet will pop up and it will automatically enable you to change the values.

How can I edit the footer or page number?

To edit footer and page number you have to go to Slide Master

- View Tab

- Click Slide Master

- Scroll up to the first slide then edit or delete the footer also you will find the page number if you don’t want just delete it

- Close Master

English
